Hole are one of those bands that I grew up listening to and feel like I know pretty much every song. As my mum is a massive fan we saw Courtney Love on her last tour a few years ago. Sadly I wasn't lucky enough to get a photopass, but this time round thanks to Sounndscape magazine I was able to tick off the queen of grunge on my 'got to shoot' list. I'm still in shock that we managed to get this one and very, very grateful to have had this opportunity. You can read my review

Having wanted to test out the 14-24mm f/2.8 at a gig I thought this show would be perfect. I definitely felt even more pressured than normal to get good photos as my mum wants to have some printed and put on the wall! I decided to switch halfway through to my 50mm f/1.8 so I could get some close-up shots as well.
